Dr. Ronald Griffin is recognized for providing tailored mouthguards and various other dental services. Before entering his chosen professional industry, Dr. Ronald Griffin was in the US Army. He served in the 24th Infantry Unit. Following his time in the military, he put himself through college and dental school. This set up his future. Dr. Ronald Griffin embarked on his academic journey by completing a degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Cincinnati. Subsequently, he pursued his dental education at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he completed a rigorous four-year DDS program, graduating among the top third of his class.  

Building upon this solid foundation, Dr. Griffin sought a residency program and opted for the General Practice Residency at the Medical College Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. Following this, he pursued his second and final residency in Pediatric Dentistry, dedicating two years to working at the esteemed Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh to fulfill his ambition in this field. 

Residency complete, it was time for Dr. Ronald Griffin to enter the world of dentistry. He signed on to become an Associate Dentist at Timothy G. Nusbaum, DDS, Inc. This was his first and only associate position following his residency. Dr. Griffin worked at the practice for six years before successfully purchasing it – turning it into his own organization. 

In 2006, Dr. Ronald Griffin opened the doors to Ronald A. Griffin, DDS, LLC. For the last sixteen years (and counting), Dr. Griffin has conducted well over 120,000 patient visits. He adeptly managed dual responsibilities throughout this time, alternating between operating as a solo practitioner and collaborating with an associate dentist. This dynamic allowed him to gain extensive experience from both perspectives, refining his abilities in teamwork and decision-making, among other essential aspects. As a dental surgeon, Dr. Ronald Griffin has upheld a position at the local medical center, Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio, where he serves as a respected and independent physician in good standing. 

Outside of work, Dr. Ronald Griffin has many hobbies and interests. He loves to travel and will jump at any opportunity to do so. Likewise, Dr. Griffin loves sports. This love of sports helped to influence his professional path, as he started working with athletes to provide them with the dental prevention and care they deserved.
